Policies
- Reservations can be secured with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express), or with a check or cash deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax. Deposit checks must be received at least 3 weeks prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: A 2 day notice is required at all times. A 7 day notice is required for any holiday weekend or if a reservation is for more then 5 night stay in length. If you do not cancel your reservation in advance or do not show, a fee equal to the rate of one nights stay plus tax will be charged.
- Check in: Between 1pm and 11pm unless prior arrangements are made
- Check out: 11am. Late check out will be charged for an extra day unless prior arrangements are made.
- We are sorry but no pets are allowed. If a pet is brought into a room a $100 cleaning fee will be charged
- Some rooms are designated as non-smoking. A $100 cleaning fee will be imposed if a guest is found to be smoking in a designated non-smoking room.
